Malka, the creative studio with the instincts of an agency and the capabilities of a production company, celebrated the Hispanic industry at one of the most exclusive events: Latin US Day in Cannes, hosted by Advertising Week LATAM powered by PRODU.
PRODU spoke with Paige McCrensky, Chief Brand Officer at Malka, about their sponsorship of the event, which aims to amplify the influence of the Hispanic advertising community within the marketing and communications industry.

In the program, Bill Davaris, CEO of Malka, moderated the panel From Inspiration to Action: When Brands Become Publishers featuring Cynthia Kleinbaum Milner, CMO of Moneylion; Warren Marenco Chase, VP at Liberty Mutual; Andrea Siqueira, ECD at BBDO; Pete Lerma, Founder of LERMA/; and Claudia Romo Edelman, CEO & Founder of We Are All Human Foundation.
In the panel Harnessing AI to Craft Content for the Latino Market, CEO Bill Davaris shared insights on creating content that must not only be culturally relevant but also timely and engaging. He was joined by Stacie de Armas, SVP, Diverse Insights at Nielsen; Asha Shivaj, SeeMe Index; and Dr. Rebecca Swift, SVP Creative at Getty Images, and it was moderated by Cynthia Kleinbaum Milner, CMO of Moneylion.

Regarding the evolution and presence of Latin talent at Cannes Lions, Paige noted that there is only room to grow. “We must continue amplifying voices and creating a space where we can support the Latin creative and marketing community. We need to keep connecting and providing each other with support, guidance, and inspiration.”
